FACE MASSAGE and
Hand and Foot Massage
Beauty is more than skin deep and health and well-being are imperative. Tsuboki helps to promote well-being. It can encourage lymph flow, the removal of metabolic waste products, affect muscle tone and general appearance of the skin and positively affect the balance of health in the whole body.
Following relaxing massage of the areas being treated, Acupressure or Tsubo points along the Meridians (energy lines) are gently pressed and stimulated. This treatment seems to have the dual effects of deep relaxation and yet a feeling of alertness soon afterwards.
All areas being treated are easily accessible and therefore Tsuboki is non-invasive, but affects the whole body via the Meridians (energy lines) and reflexes.
The name Tsuboki is made from two Japanese words - Tsubo meaning pressure point and Ki meaning energy.
TSUBOKI FACE MASSAGE - Also known as Japanese Face Massage, this wonderfully relaxing, yet energising treatment is enjoyed by anyone wanting to feel good on the inside and look great on the outside and is particularly helpful for those with a stressful lifestyle.
Often described as a natural face-lift, because facial muscles and connective tissue (where the collagen and elastin are produced) are massaged. Most Clients see an improvement in skin tone and appearance and a smoothing of wrinkles and fine lines and often feedback that this certainly has more than just the physical benefits of rejuvenating the skin and that they feel more alert, calm, serene and even euphoric afterwards. Regular Tsuboki can help to prevent lines, wrinkles and puffiness.
In some circumstances TsubokiŽ Japanese Face Massage may not be appropriate - this includes pregnancy or recent procedures such as Botox. If you are in any doubt as to whether the massage is suitable for you, please consult your practitioner.
TSUBOKI FOOT MASSAGE - If you enjoy Reflexology, you will love this too. The Meridian (energy) lines run throughout the length of the body and onto our feet and hands, therefore acupressure or tsubo points can be worked in these areas too following a wonderfully relaxing massage of that area. Clients often report feeling energised, yet deeply relaxed and feeling like they are 'walking on air'. Some can feel tingling throughout the body when the feet are worked, indicating a positive shift in energy. The Tsuboki Foot treatment is great as a stand alone treatment or why not try a Tsuboki Face and Foot Treatment.
TSUBOKI FACE, HAND AND FOOT MASSAGE
- available from December 2010. Working on the tsubo points on the hands aswell as the face and feet following wonderfully relaxing massage of those areas, for a treatment that truly is a FULL BODY experience.
During the Tsuboki treatments a small roller tool 'Ridoki' may be used which stimulates circulation further in that area.

“Being a single mother of three young children I get really stressed so to try this massage was a challenge. I was really surprised as the after effects were great.
I felt a lot calmer and my skin felt refreshed and glowed. This feeling lasted a couple of days and I am sure further treatments would be very beneficial in lots of ways. I would recommend Tsuboki for both immediate and long term benefits.”

“After having the Tsuboki Massage I felt an immediate improvement with the texture of my skin and the lines on my face looked a lot fainter. I felt so relaxed with it and this feeling continued over the next few days. The massage also helped with tension and I would certainly recommend this to anyone.”
